  • Workstation deployments and hardware refresh projects
  • Imaging / setup support (process-driven, per client standards)
  • Printer and peripheral setup
  • Office moves, workstation relocation, and on-site coordination
  • After-hours and weekend onsite support (as scheduled)

Network Room & Hardware Tasks

I can assist with the physical side of network room work and onsite infrastructure tasks.

  • Rack & stack (switches, firewalls, UPS, network hardware)
  • Hardware replacement and swap-outs
  • Layer 2 switching and small office network support (as applicable)
  • Basic equipment labeling and documentation
  • Cable organization and patching (no low-voltage cable pulls)
  • Wi-Fi system deployments (including Ubiquiti where applicable)

Typically Included

Onsite desktop support, deployments, hardware refresh projects, rack & stack, swap-outs, Wi-Fi deployments, and process-driven execution under your team’s standards.

Typically Not Included

Enterprise router configuration (Cisco routing), server administration, high-responsibility infrastructure ownership, and structured cabling / low-voltage cable pulls.
